- The food part: Your selection of beer garden favorites will include “monster” pretzels, bratwurst, currywurst, sandwiches, wings, burgers, rib eye skewers, traditional schnitzel, mussels, salads, the catch of the day, and sweets. For brunch, your menu features may include smoked salmon, chicken and waffles, Nutella® stuffed French toast, salads, sides, and more.

How to start a beer garden: the Dacha Beer Garden History
The original location of Dacha Beer Garden was started by long-time college friends, named Dmitri and Ilya, who both worked in more corporate careers, initially. Unfortunately, both individuals lost their jobs due to the Great Recession.
They quickly made contact and developed an idea. They decided to partner together to open a beer garden business, taking overinspired by a corner parking lot surrounded by a chain-link fence in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
After they managed to convince a skeptical owner to rent the parking lot to them, they went to work building a beer garden business out of passion and determination.With the help of a few others who believed in their vision, the two friends put their personal savings on the line, and opened the first Dacha Beer Garden in 2013 with a small beer truck, a makeshift bar, a few picnic tables, and POD container for storage where they ran a modest looking office and IT center to keep things running smoothly.
